Hi, I'm Liz!
(she, they)

I hold a degree in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute in Santa Barbara, and I completed my clinical training at the Community Institute for Psychotherapy (CIP) in San Rafael, CA. During my time at CIP, I was trained in Psychodynamic therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy for couples (EFT), with the opportunity to work with children and families through a school-based program, in addition to working with individuals and couples. I also trained at the Liberation Institute, where I focused on supporting LGBTQ+ individuals and couples—including those in which one or both partners are neurodivergent.

After earning my degree, I pursued a certificate in Jungian Somatic Therapy, which combines body-centered techniques with Jungian principles to integrate emotional and physical healing.

Before transitioning to counseling, I earned a Masters in Teaching, where I specialized in supporting students with learning differences, as well as students with ADHD and ASD. This background gives me a unique perspective when working with both individuals, couples, and families, especially in areas of emotional regulation and development.

My approach is integrative, drawing on Internal Family Systems (IFS), Somatic Therapy, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), with a focus on creating a safe, compassionate space where we can work together to explore emotional patterns, build deeper connections, and foster healing.
